STRIKE 1
First offence: The tenant is fined $50K and a notice is sent to the shop’s landlord advising them that a second offence in this shop will result in fine to the landlord of a further $50K, and to avoid that happening, the landlord should terminate the lease immediately.
STRIKE 2
Second offence: The landlord and the tenant are fined $50K each, and the Landlord is notified that a third offence in this shop will result in much larger fines.
STRIKE 3
Third offence: The landlord and the tenant are each fined $1 million.
